Quotations:
Prices quoted are held for 15 days, after which they are subject to revision. .

Orders:
All accepted orders are subject to credit approval, JFD cannot be held responsible for occurences not under our control, such as floods, fires, strikes, theft or vandalism. Any cancellation of an order in whole or in part will carry a cancellation fee equal to the level at which the order had processed into our production.

Experimental Work:
All experimental or preliminary work done at the Client's request will be charged at a rate agreed upon before commencing the work in question. The end product of these works remains the property of JFD and cannot be used without our written permission.

Creation and Design:
All physical or intellectual elements of the creation or design remain the property of JFD and cannot be used without our written permission.

Materials supplied by customer:
Quotes are completed on the basis of information supplied by the client, if the information is inncorrect JFD reserves the right to revise the quoted item. The same revision will apply to materials supplied by the client if they do not meet the quoted upon condition. The original materials supplied by the client remain the client's property and will be returned.

Materials supplied by JFD:
Design elements, illustrations and all other materials developped by JFD remain the exclusive property of JFD and cannot be used without our permission in writting.

Prepress Proofing:
JFD will supply prepress proofs at the client’s request along with the original documents for revision and approval by the client, these proofs should be signed and returned. No work will be done without the return of the signed proofs. JFD is not responsible for errors that go undetected.

Colour Proofing: (Optional)
Because of differences in equipement, papers, inks and other conditions, it must be stated there may be slight differences in colours and textures. These differences will be held to a minimum and will be accepted as the "norm" having been discussed prior to the actual production.

Quantities Over and Under:
Quantities are impossible to control in an exact way, therefore they will be maintained at the "norm" of 10% over or 10% under. Clients with the need for more acurate quantities need specify this at the time of quoting so guidlines and tolerences can be set to their satisfaction.
